Accounts and Login
What is the easiest way to log into TeamBurst?
The easiest way to log into TeamBurst is to goto: http://teamburst.com and enter your username and password
in the login form at the top of the page. This will take you to your TeamBurst member home, where you can access your
team information etc.
What if I forgot my password?
First attempt to login to TeamBurst with what you believe is your username and password. Then if login fails and you don't think
you remember your password click the link that reads [Forgot Username or Password]. Then you can enter your email address and your password will
be emailed to you. If your email address cannot be found in TeamBurst or you have further problems you can contact TeamBurst Support.
How do I add members that can access my Team site information?
Once you log into TeamBurst you can add people to your team by choosing [Team Members] on the left and then choose Add Member
When you add a person to your team you are creating an account for them on TeamBurst. People on our Team downline can also add people to their Team in the same way and then can access your Team site. Note: When you add a new member they will receive an email message informing them about TeamBurst and how to log in.
I am adding a new member but TeamBurst says the username I selected for the new member is already in use. What do I do?
TeamBurst has thousands of members from many organizations. So some usernames may already be in use. When you add a member to your team you should
specify a username for them that is easy for them to remember. For example Barbara Smith could use a username of bsmith however if bsmith is
already in use you may have to choose a different name like barbaras or barbsmith etc.
Managing Team Members
How do I manage who my Team Members are?
Once you log into TeamBurst you can manage all your Team Members by chosing [Team Members] on the left. This takes you
to the Member Management section of TeamBurst where you can view your entire downline that has been created in TeamBurst and
also search your members by name etc. You can also add, delete, or deactivate a member from this section.
How do I deactivate a team member?
In the [Team Members] section choose view your downline or search for a person by name. Then click on the specific member
you would like to deactive. This will take you to the View Member Info page. From here you can choose Deactivate. You will be prompted
to confirm that you do want to deactive the member. You can choose: Deactivate the member or Deactivate and move the member's current team under their leader.
Note: Deactivated members can still log into TeamBurst. To permanently remove them you should delete their account instead.
Can I re-activate a team member?
Yes, in the [Team Members] section choose view your downline or search for a person by name. Then click on the specific member
you would like to activate. This will take you to the View Member Info page. From here you can choose Activate.
The member will then be immediately activated. Note: If you deactivated and chose to move their team reactivating the member will not replace their past team.
How do I add a new member under someone else besides me in my downline.
To add a person under somebody else in your dowline first find the person you want to
add under in your downline. Then click on the person's name to view their Details. Then at the
bottom of the page is a button that says "Add Member to <person's> team"". Click this link to add a new person
under this person in your downline
How to I change who a team member is under in my downline?
In order to change who a person is under in the downline you first need to obtain the teamburstID of the person you would like them to be under.

How can I update my Team Web Site Home Page?
Inside TeamBurst choose [Web Pages], at the top of the Web Page Manager you will see an [Edit Home Page] link, choose this option to
change the content for your Team Home Page.
Can I create other web pages for my site?
Yes, in the [Web Pages] Section choose New Web Page, then give the new Page a name and type in the content for the web page
using the built-in web page editor. Note: For a web page to be accessible by your team members you will need to add a link to
it from your Web Site Navigation menu, or by adding a link to another web page that links to this new web page.
How do I change the items in my Team Website navigation menu?
In the [Web Pages] Section choose Edit Navigation Menu at the top of the page. You will then be taken to the navigation menu editor. With this tool
you can edit your navigation menu, add items, remove items, or rearrange items. You can also create sub-menus. You can create a menu item that points
to your Team Home, Team Calendar, Team News, or a specific web page or file.
How do I create a link from one web page to another.
You should first create the target web page. This is the page the link is going to point to. Then create or edit a web page that you want to link to this first page.
Highlight some text that should become the link and use the link tool [looks like chain link] to create the link. In the dialog that appears
in the link editor window you can choose from a list of web pages and files on your site that you would like to link to.
How do I add an image to a web page.
First you should use the File Manager tool in TeamBurst to upload your image file into TeamBurst. We recommend that you put images in a sub-folder called images or you can
organize your image files in a way that you prefer. Once you have uploaded your image to TeamBurst files, you can
edit your web page and choose the Image tool on the web page editor tool bar. You can then choose from a list of image files to add to your page. Note, only JPEG and GIF image
files should be used for images on web pages.
